In the job market

My family had a couple eventful (good and bad) years and that resulted in some definite neglect of this supposed "blog", but that's okay. After deciding that the Florida Keys wasn't the optimal place to raise our daughter (born December 2024!), we've relocated to Michigan to be closer to both our families. We both love this state and I'm looking forward to seeing her grow up and showing her why we love it.

I'm coming back to the state with a masters degree in cybersecurity that I hope to put to good use. My previous job afforded me a ton of variety in work experience, so I'm looking to join any size company in any role from front-line tech support to full-stack web developer to project manager to cybersecurity analyst, or anything in that general realm of work.

Grateful for my parents supporting our move, and my amazing wife for taking on remote supervisory work with her company.

Getting my feet underneath me and getting ready to pass the CompTIA Security+ and Network+ exams in the next few weeks.
